They are actually why we decided to come up with this page, because we loved their work and more importantly, their customer service. Below we have listed the wedding day professionals who we feel are the best we have come across.

We do not receive anything in exchange for mentioning any of the below businesses, but rather they are who we would hire if we were planning our weddings for the second time and who we recommend to everyone we know. Just to remove any doubt we’ve also included a quick note about each of them on why we’d use them and why we think they’d be great for your wedding. Click on their names for a link to their sites.

Reception Halls         Fort Wayne Marriott

It only took one event for us to realize that the Marriot staff truly sets this hall apart from the rest. We worked with Gary who is the first (and only) person in town to not just tell the DJ’s where to setup and then leave. He stayed the entire night making sure that dinner was served on time and all events went as planned.

We couldn’t have been happier with the staff and service, and we were the DJ’s, not the couple. If we are looking for a hall in the future, this will be our first and only stop.

Tent Rentals                Ace Tent Rental

If you are having an outdoor reception we highly recommend Ace Tent Rental in Fort Wayne. They can be reached at (260) 484-1601. They are the only tents we use for any of our personal or business needs, and at one point they employed all three of the Tigulis brothers so we know they have a solid reputation.

When Nico was planning his own wedding reception he was lucky enough to come across Linda Grant’s company. She offers everything from decorations at your church or ceremony site to laying out the reception hall, providing the food, cake and floral arrangements. Linda has grown her business in much the same manner we have, from the ground up. We met Angie at Nico’s youngest brothers wedding in 2008 and also had a fantastic experience with her. She is also one of the few vendors All Star DJ’s trusts when it comes to our personal events. Our neighbor at the annual Fort Wayne Bridal Spectacular every January, The Monogram Shoppe is the only place to consider when you want to get those specialized gifts or Invitations that will set your wedding apart from the rest. Don’t be fooled by those vendors who offer free invitations with their product, you are paying for the invitations one way or another, only with The Monogram Shoppe you actually get to custom tailor them to what you want.

INDIANAPOLIS - We were lucky enough to work with the Downtown Marriott staff and found them to be every bit as helpful as their Fort Wayne counterparts. They truly run a wedding reception helping the DJ’s and other vendors to concentrate on their jobs while allowing the bride and groom to simply enjoy the night.

In our journey’s we’ve also come across vendors who we really urge people to not work with, rather than posting this information publicly we prefer to keep it private, however, if you hire us we’ll be more than happy to give our input on any vendors, positive or negative.
